Sometimes I think you guys ask these questions just to see if this fish will bite ... 'cause you know I love to go on about vintage Wear-Ever (1940's and earlier). :-)

These were introduced around 1910 and don't show up in the later catalogs so I don't think they were made past the 1920's.

Great score Lori! Those are really cute, and functional too hopefully. And thanks for the bonus info, Tura.

Anyone know anything about these pots? They won't fit in the T-well, but I just couldn't pass them up.

Lori, those are just like the ones I bought on ebay. Except mine are all one size. For something so old, they are in great shape. I used them for vegetables, just to use the t'well. In reality, using the microwave for my veggies probably is easier. Go for it, though, because those pots will always come in handy and are way more affordable than what you see for the real deal. Bottom line, if they cook as well, they are a bargain. They are bigger than mine so will probably be more versatile. Good for you.

and.......when the Thermowell is full but you need to cook a few more similar dishes, you can always use your groups of Thermowell pots on the griddle. I just did that...was using the Thermowell for baking and put the two set of pots onto the hot griddle...worked perfectly. The oven woul dbe just as effective, I'm sure...the old advertising images are great showing us how to use the range to it's max.
